As part of the launch of the new Art Car presented as part of the Champs-Élysées, Atelier Renault became the setting for an encounter where art, automotive design and fashion intersected with ease. The evening brought together the creative community surrounding TheArsenlale, alongside friends of the house, extending the energy of the presentation into a more experimental terrain.
At the center of the space, a site-specific intervention by Joshua Vides—the Guatemalan artist based in Los Angeles— introduced the perceptual play that defines his practice: surfaces that blur the boundaries between object, drawing, and volume. His work, marked by a distinctive graphic line, invites an unstable reading, where the viewer moves between interpretations without settling on a single one.
The scenography echoed this ambiguity. Conceived as both installation and environment, it unfolded as an extension of the Twingo universe—composed of controlled lighting, reflective surfaces, and sharply defined contours. Movement through the space became part of the experience, guided by a curated DJ set that sustained the atmosphere without.
Toward the end of the evening, Marc3la took over with a live performance that shifted the mood into a more performative register. The night settled into a balance between display and presence, leaving open—much like Vides’ work itself—the question of where an object ends and interpretation begins.
Como parte del lanzamiento del nuevo Art Car presentado en el marco de los Champs-Élysées, el Atelier Renault se convirtió en el escenario de un encuentro donde arte, diseño automotriz y moda se cruzaron con naturalidad. La noche reunió a la comunidad creativa de TheArsenale, junto a amigos de la casa, extendiendo la energía de la presentación hacia un terreno más experimental.

La puesta acompañó esa misma ambigüedad. Pensado a la vez como instalación y entorno, el espacio se desplegó como una extensión del universo Twingo, compuesto por luces controladas, superficies reflectantes y contornos bien definidos. La circulación se volvió parte de la experiencia, guiada por una curaduría de DJs que sostuvo el clima sin imponerse.
Hacia el final de la noche, Marc3la tomó el espacio con un live que llevó la escena hacia un registro más performático. La velada encontró un equilibrio entre exhibición y presencia, dejando abierta —como en la propia obra de Vides— la pregunta sobre dónde termina un objeto y empieza su interpretación.
